Length of the Program

There are 3 phases of the program. To experience the full array of the knowledge base and benefits of what we offer, we recommend that each participant goes through the program three full times. Each phase is broken up into two six-week phases. The total length of time for a phase is 13 weeks.

 

Step 1: Adaptation Phase

Goal - skeletal alignment, posture correction, baseline conditioning.
Recovery week in between first phase and second phase.


Phase 1: 6 weeks
Recovery: 1 week
Phase 2: 6 weeks

 

Step 2: Modification/Movement Phase

Goal - Building on the foundation from First step, we can now start to move.
EDT and kettle bell work will become one of the primary tools of the trade for this phase. Eventual goal is for kettle bell testing leading to Third Step.


Phase 1: 6 weeks
Regeneration: 1 week
Phase 2: 6 weeks
Meeting twice a week for one hour at a time.

 

Step 3: Power/Performance

Goal - Now each member has learned what it is prior to tame the kettle bell and themselves. Now it only becomes a test to see how far you can push yourself with each member you have competed against and with.

Phase 2: 6 weeks
Meeting twice a week for one hour at a time.

 

This is where you finally feel alive and get to test all that you have worked towards. The only thing stopping you now is yourself. In the end you will become a completely different person than when you began. That is what we are here for, to make permanent change for you.
