What is TACT?

In T.A.C.T. we train real world athletes and athletic professionals; those who may rely on their physical prowess for life and death situations or those seeking improvement kinetically. We train for true performance fitness, not the illusion or aesthetics of fake fitness. There are many methods we use here and they are nothing new or fashionable. These are methods rooted with history and standards behind them. Many are seeking to try what may look like new trends in this industry as we still try to stand on the fringes of what is acceptable. We train for power, power endurance, strength, strength endurance, agility, balance and control. We fuse these together in methods we've learned and applied our own experience, creativity and the discipline of hard work. Through the suffering we seek salvation, from those who influence us to become the best we can be.

Perhaps one day we will be understood by many but for now we are satisfied with the few who join us in our pursuit of physical carnage and retribution. Our daily technologically mind numbing lives cause each of us to lose the final savagery of our humanity behind. Through our endevours to capture what remains is our ultimate goal. In pain and fatigue we find the light.  In solitude we each individually seek to try and make something more out of what we have been given.

There is no hiding from the pain, discomfort, and fatigue. This is normal. There is no avoiding these absolutions and they are the only way you will find improvement.  If you do not suffer, then you do not learn to better yourself. Here, we seek through our trials of physical punishment to find ourselves.  In an environment of like minded individuals who all train in: The Art of Pain, the Art of Discipline, and the Art of Salvation.  In such an environment we can increase the risk while still keeping control of the chaos that ensues.

However, there is only so much we can put up on this site, or even explain in passing. Everything comes with a price and with that we hold an integrity to those who are paying for this knowledge and discipline. Further questions, please keep reading...

Is TACT for you?

In TACT, we are searching for open minded individuals who are self motivated and driven. Individuals who can put aside their personal opinions and egos and accept the collective thought of this group and program. Individuals who share the common goal of making our bodies a true and formidable machine, to succeed and to experience the best of what this life may offer.

Since you are looking for something more, we ask all participants to ask themselves a few questions before they enter the program.  Are you of a mindset that works well in a team environment? Do you support others even though you yourself are suffering alongside them?  Do you want to become a student who then becomes a teacher?  What are your expectations from this training? Am I mentally, physically, or life ready for this type of commitment?

Everyone works together in this program, everyone is accountable in this program, and everyone is always trying to improve the person next to them. That is who we want, and that is who will stay.

TACT may not be for you if...

We are not the end-all-be-all when it comes to neuro-dynamic performance and adaptation.  We do not have elitist attitudes toward others. We only want everyone to understand that not all programs are for everyone.  If you are looking for programs that tone, methods that "burn calories and slim you quick" or devices that promote a shallow aesthetic appeal, TACT may not be for you.

We look at those methods as only temporary and not worth the time and effort. They are not necessarily wrong, just simply not what we are here to do or teach. If you are afraid of hard work, aching muscles, or sweating so much that you can't see straight, then perhaps there is another program that you should try. If you are a glory fiend that only wishes to feed their ego in the mirror and in front of their associates, then we wish you the best and send you on your way.

If you are not open to trying new things that have hundreds of years of practice and patience behind them, please move on. If you are reading this now then you perhaps have separated yourself from the rest of the crowd who is looking for a quick solution to an over complicated yet simple method of science and application. Nothing new and flashy like you’d see on an infomercial. These are proven methods  of exercise science integrated the science of the human body.

We do not want those who only want to come in a "try" the program only to fail, leave, and blame everything else except themselves on the outcome of their performance and life goals. We do not want a person who is unwilling to work hard for the results this program offers.
