TACT is more than just another program that emphasizes fitness and wellness.
Improvements will take commitment, sacrifice, and patience to find the results that we offer and give.
The systems used are not the "magic pill", programs nor are they the newest fads in fitness. Rather they are old systems that are basic, primal, and anecdotal. We train for performance fitness, and not the illusion of aesthetic fitness. You gain the muscle density, the striations in your arms and legs, the physical compliments you are searching for as a reward from the hard, consistent work.
We are a fitness community who wish to share this experience with everyone we know, to feel alive and to feel and empowerment that is always missing in every other facet of fitness and the pursuits of it's rewards.
GOAL: To help you achieve everything you want to become physically.
We each want to make the most of the time and experience we have with not only each other but in our own lives. We all have a choice to make, and we have chosen to makes ourselves better than the day before. Making this a continuous process until our aspirations have been obtained.
Many individuals, including Martin Luther (religious leader), John Locke (philosopher), Vittorino da Feltra, John Comenius, and Richard Mulcaster (physical educators) maintained that high fitness levels enhanced intellectual learning (13, 14).
Civilizations that recognized the importance of fitness needed an avenue to convey this knowledge to their people. Therefore, fitness and physical education share a common bond. Physical education became the tool used to spread the value and benefits of fitness throughout society. School programs, primarily in ancient Greece, had previously recognized the necessity for curriculums involving physical education. The renewed appreciation for human life, which evolved during the Renaissance, created an environment which was ready for the widespread development of physical education throughout Europe.
Everything works but we here are seeking results that will last the rest of your life. Not to just simply get you ready for the summer, if that's your goal great! Then what?
We want each participant to ask themselves a few questions before entering the program.
1. Do you work well in a team environment?
2. Do you like to support others in their own personal improvement?
3. Do you want to be a student who becomes a teacher by anecdotal results?
4. Am I ready to commit this energy and time for a life change?
What are your expectations from this program?
